Hiring: USRN Medical Coder 

Work Setup: Work From Home
Work Schedule: Shifting
Locations: MOA, Iloilo, or Cebu
Salary Package: ₱79,175/month

• Basic Pay: ₱50,000

• Complexity Allowance: ₱6,500

• Coding Allowance: ₱20,000

• Standard Allowance: ₱2,675

Sign-on Bonus: Up to ₱100,000 (as applicable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and assign accurate medical codes using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

• Perform medical coding for clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with coding guidelines.

• Handle coding reviews, surgical coding, medical administration, auditing, and denials as required.

• Maintain coding accuracy, quality, and productivity standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of coding activities.

Eligibility:

• 2–3 years of medical coding experience.

• Strong knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

• Active CPC or CPMA License.

• Active PRC License.

• Active Mainland License.

• Experience in ID Review, Surgical Coding, Medical Administration, Auditing, or Denials is preferred.

• Current or former EXL employees are not eligible to apply.
