Are you an Active USRN with strong Utilization Management experience and proven leadership skills?

We’re looking for an experienced USRN Program Manager to lead healthcare operations and apply deep clinical and process expertise to drive quality, performance, and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for candidates who have:

- Active USRN license — any US state accepted

- At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar healthcare experience

- At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience

- At least 2 years of recent and relevant supervisory or managerial experience

- Strong Clinical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) with the ability to apply technical and professional knowledge to achieve process-related results

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical processes

- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational results

- Excellent analytical, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
