Job Title: USRN QA Specialist (Non-Voice)

Work Setup: Hybrid / TWFH
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary: PHP 60,000 package (Fixed and non-negotiable)
Location: Philippines – BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark, Pampanga
Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced USRN QA Specialist to join our team and support our El Paso & Hartford Account. The ideal candidate is a licensed USRN with a strong clinical background, Utilization Review/Utilization Management experience, and proven Quality Assurance experience in a BPO/CPO setting.

Qualifications

Active USRN license
At least 1 year of bedside nursing experience
1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Review (UR) or Utilization Management (UM) experience
At least 1 year of Quality Assurance (QA) experience
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Willing to work in a Hybrid/TWFH setup
Willing to report to any of the available sites: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark, Pampanga
