Job Title: USRN Team Leader – Non-Voice
Accounts: El Paso & Hartford
Work Setup: Temporary WFH
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Confidential
Location: All locations in the Philippines – BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, and Clark, Pampanga

We are currently hiring USRN Team Leaders for the El Paso and Hartford Accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience
• At least 1 year of people-management or relevant team leadership experience
• Active USRN license – any mainland US license accepted
