We’re hiring an experienced USRN Team Leader with strong Utilization Management experience and proven people leadership. If you’re ready to move beyond individual contributor work and lead healthcare operations, this is an opportunity to grow your impact.

Eligibility

* Active USRN license — any mainland U.S. state
* 2–3+ years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience
* 1+ year of people-management, Team Lead, or supervisory experience
* Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
* Willing to work shifting schedules

What You’ll Do

* Lead and support Utilization Management teams
* Coach team members and drive performance
* Monitor quality, productivity, and operational targets
* Address escalations and support issue resolution
* Identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement
