Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced USRN Team Leader to manage and support a team handling Utilization Management processes for the El Paso & Hartford account. The role will be responsible for providing effective team supervision, ensuring process quality and productivity, and supporting the team in delivering accurate and timely non-voice healthcare services.

The ideal candidate should have strong Utilization Management experience, prior people-management/team-leadership exposure, and an active USRN license from any mainland U.S. state.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team handling Utilization Management processes.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and adherence to process requirements.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of non-voice healthcare-related tasks.

• Support the team in resolving process-related issues and escalations.

• Ensure compliance with client and healthcare process requirements.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address operational concerns.

• Prepare and monitor team performance reports and operational metrics.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer/client requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.

• At least 1 year of people-manager/team leader/supervisor or relevant leadership experience.

• Must hold an active USRN license from any mainland U.S. state.

• Strong understanding of Utilization Management processes and healthcare operations.

• Good communication, analytical, coaching, and team-management skills.

• Comfortable working in a shifting schedule.

• Willing to work under a temporary WFH setup.

• Willing to work from any of the available Philippine sites: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark, Pampanga, as applicable.

Important Eligibility

• Active USRN license is mandatory; candidates must provide the license validity date during screening.

• Minimum 2–3 years of Utilization Management experience in a BPO/CPO or healthcare operations environment is required.

• Minimum 1 year of people-management/team-lead/supervisory experience is required.

• Candidates must be willing to work in a shifting schedule.

• Candidates must be available for temporary WFH and willing to report to the designated site when required.

• Salary is fixed at PHP 60,000 package and is non-negotiable.

• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods are preferred, as the requirement is for ASAP hiring.

• Candidates should be willing to work from BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark, Pampanga.

• Candidates must successfully complete all stages of the recruitment process.
