We are looking for an experienced USRN Trainer to lead clinical training programs for healthcare professionals supporting U.S. healthcare accounts. In this role, you will facilitate new hire and refresher training, develop and update learning materials, evaluate trainee performance, and ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare standards, HIPAA, and client requirements. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness, provide coaching, support transition to production, and drive continuous learning initiatives while maintaining high clinical and training quality.
