Lead Training. Elevate Clinical Operations.

We’re looking for an experienced USRN Training Program Manager to lead training and knowledge development within a healthcare operations environment.

This role is ideal for a licensed nurse with strong Utilization Management, clinical, supervisory, and CPO/BPO training experience who can translate clinical expertise into effective learning and operational performance.

Eligibility

* Active USRN license — any U.S. state
* 2+ years of Utilization Management experience
* 2+ years of recent supervisory or managerial experience
* 1+ year of recent clinical/hospital or related experience
* 1+ year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment
* Graduate of an accredited Nursing program or Medicine degree
* Experience in knowledge transfer, training effectiveness, or Kirkpatrick methodology preferred
* Strong clinical background in areas such as ER, ICU, orthopedics, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation is an advantage
* Strong leadership and Microsoft Office skills
* Willing to work a shifting schedule

What You’ll Do

* Lead and oversee healthcare training programs
* Drive effective knowledge transfer and learner readiness
* Coach and develop trainers and training teams
* Apply clinical and Utilization Management expertise to learning programs
* Monitor training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
* Partner with operations and leadership to align training with business goals
