WORK SETUP: Temporary WFH

WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting

SALARY: ₱75,000 – ₱85,000 package

LOCATIONS: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, Clark Pampanga

START DATE: ASAP

This role combines clinical expertise, Utilization Management experience, and leadership to drive training effectiveness and operational readiness. You will oversee training teams, ensure clinical competency, and align training initiatives with client requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage training programs for Utilization Management teams

Oversee new hire training, upskilling, and continuing education initiatives

Ensure training content aligns with clinical guidelines, HIPAA standards, and client requirements

Utilize Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness model to measure and improve training outcomes

Supervise, mentor, and develop training staff and facilitators

Collaborate with operations, quality, and client stakeholders to address learning gaps

Manage training budgets, resources, and schedules

Drive continuous improvement in training methodologies and program effectiveness

Qualifications

Experience:

At least 1 year of recent clinical/hospital or similar experience – required

At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience – required

At least 2 years of recent supervisory or managerial experience – required

At least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment – required

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program or Doctor of Medicine degree

Current, unrestricted license as RN or MD in the Philippines and/or US

Certifications:

Active USRN license (any state) – required

Teaching credentials or certification is a plus

Additional Skills:

Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness model

Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation is useful

Management or supervisory skills

Microsoft environment skills

Experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back Office, Organizational Development, and other CPO-related processes
