Job Title: USRN Training Program Manager

Account: Hartford Account

Compensation: PHP 75,000 – PHP 85,000 Total Package + Benefits

Work Setup: Temporary WFH | Shifting Schedule

Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

Headcount: 1 (Immediate Start)

Are you a licensed USRN with a passion for teaching, leadership, and operational excellence? We are seeking a USRN Training Program Manager to lead learning strategies for our Hartford Account. Combine your clinical depth and training expertise to design high-impact learning paths, mentor medical professionals, and drive performance across Utilization Management operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Training Delivery: Lead clinical training programs utilizing the Kirkpatrick Model to ensure high knowledge retention and operational readiness.

Clinical Capability Building: Act as Subject Matter Expert across Utilization Review, Coding, and CPO workflows, embedding clinical best practices into daily operations.

Performance & Leadership: Supervise and mentor trainers, track learning analytics, and align training outcomes directly with client KPIs and regulatory standards.

What We Look For

Credentials & Education:

Active USRN License (Any US State/Territory) with unencumbered status.

Graduate of an accredited Nursing (RN) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) program with active PH and/or US licensure.

Required Experience:

1+ year of clinical, hospital, or bedside nursing experience (ER, ICU, Ortho, Rehab, or Neuro preferred).

2+ years in Utilization Management / Utilization Review.

2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role leading clinical teams or OD processes.

1+ year as a dedicated Trainer in a BPO/CPO healthcare setup.

Core Skills:

Practical knowledge of Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness principles (teaching certifications are a strong plus).

Tech-savvy with strong command of Microsoft Office tools and training metrics management.
