USRN TRAINING SPECIALIST

We’re looking for 2 USRN Training Specialists to help develop and support healthcare professionals through effective training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing in a specialized US healthcare environment.

- Position: USRN Training Specialist

- Account: Hartford Account

- Work Setup: Hybrid / Temporary Work From Home

- Schedule: Shifting

- Locations: BGC, Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

- Start Date: ASAP

QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for candidates who have:

- Active USRN license — any US state accepted

- 1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience

- At least 1 year of training or teaching experience

- Academe/teaching background is welcome

- Strong clinical and healthcare knowledge

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others

- Ability to work effectively in a shifting environment
