Job Title: USRN Training Specialist

Account: El Paso Account

Compensation: PHP 60,000 – PHP 80,000 Package (Fixed) + PHP 100,000 Sign-On Bonus

Work Setup: Hybrid / Temporary WFH | Shifting Schedule

Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

Are you a USRN who loves teaching and transferring clinical knowledge? Step into a dynamic facilitator role as a USRN Training Specialist for our El Paso Account. Use your Utilization Management background and instructional skills to train incoming healthcare professionals, elevate clinical standards, and launch high-performing BPO teams.

Core Responsibilities

Classroom & Digital Facilitation: Deliver engaging onboarding and upskilling training modules tailored to Utilization Management processes.

Knowledge Transfer: Translate complex clinical workflows, guidelines, and US healthcare regulations into actionable learning paths for trainees.

Trainee Performance Management: Audit learning progress, conduct coaching sessions, and ensure candidates achieve nesting and floor-readiness benchmarks.

What We Look For

Credentials:

Active USRN License (Any US State or Territory) in good standing.

Experience & Skills:

1 to 2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management (UM) experience.

1+ year of training, instructional, or teaching experience (academe background welcomed).

Strong presentation skills, adaptability, and command of virtual learning tools.
