- Support Vietnamese Customers via Phone, Chat, Email
- Communicate Pro in Vietnamese & English
- Assist w/ Billing, Service Requests, Account Inquiries
- Deliver Excellent CX & Resolve Issues Efficiently
- Document Interactions & Collaborate w/ Internal Teams
- Meet Quality Targets & Ensure High CSAT
*Qualifications:*
- Native / Fluent Vietnamese - Spoken & Written Required
- Good Conversational English
- No BPO Exp Required - Fresh Grads Welcome!
- Collections / O2C Knowledge a Plus But Not Required
- Eligible to Work in PH - Foreign Nationals w/ Valid TRV / Work Visa / ACR Accepted
- Willing Hybrid / Onsite - Shifting Sched
