Responsibilities:

- Provide support to Vietnamese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email

- Communicate professionally in Vietnamese and English

- Assist with billing, service requests, and account inquiries

- Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues

- Accurately document interactions and collaborate with internal teams

Qualifications:

- Native or fluent in Vietnamese

- Good conversational English skills

- No BPO experience required - Fresh grads welcome

- Collections / O2C knowledge is a plus but not required

- Eligible to work in PH - Foreign nationals with valid TRV welcome
