We are seeking an experienced Manager, Pre-sales and Solutions to lead pre-sales, solution design, and bid management for Service Desk/BPO opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT consulting, P&L management, strategic sales, and large bid management, with the ability to develop winning solutions, drive business growth, and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the solution design and overall strategy for major Service Desk and End-User Services bids.

  • Drive business development, pipeline growth, and strategic pre-sales initiatives.

  • Manage bid activities in compliance with the Business Engineering Management Framework (BEMF).

  • Develop compelling proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning solutions.

  • Standardize bid tools, best practices, and knowledge repositories to improve proposal efficiency.

  • Support sales-to-delivery transition and ensure successful project handovers.

  • Contribute to solution architecture, expert enablement programs, and Communities of Practice.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and executive stakeholders.

  • Represent the organization at industry forums and networking events to strengthen market presence.

  • Drive continuous improvement in pre-sales processes, solution offerings, and business development strategies.

Work Schedule

  • Shift: Mid Shift

  • Work Set-up: Hybrid – Taguig

  • Start Date: ASAP

Eligibility Requirements:

  • College graduate.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) within an IT consulting organization.

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, strategic sales planning, pipeline management, and closing complex IT consulting deals.

  • Strong experience in Service Desk/BPO pre-sales (non-technical/niche).

  • Experience handling large bid management and BEMF (Business Engineering Management Framework).

  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement, digital transformation, and executive stakeholder management.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Willing to travel as business needs require.
