Job Overview

We are looking for a Wealth & Banking Service Specialist to support high-net-worth clients and Wealth Advisors by delivering accurate, responsive, and personalized financial service across phone, email, and digital channels.

This is an opportunity to build expertise in wealth management, banking operations, client experience, and advisory support while working in a technology-enabled financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for Wealth clients and advisors, resolving service requests across phone, email, and digital channels.
Develop strong knowledge of wealth and banking products, processes, regulatory requirements, and system updates.
Handle complex client needs and provide appropriate solutions within compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Wealth Advisors and internal teams.
Process transfers, overdrafts, and other day-to-day financial transactions accurately and within service-level agreements.
Facilitate wire agreements and process time-sensitive wire transactions with a high level of accuracy.
Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM and Salesforce.
Meet and exceed quality, productivity, service, and behavioral performance targets.
Contribute to positive client experience and service measurement results.
Work assigned shifts based on business requirements.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
At least 1 year of client service experience in banking, financial services, or wealth management.
Exposure to retail banking or wealth management platforms, such as Client Central or Salesforce, is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fast learner who can adapt to changing processes, systems, and business requirements.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technologies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate client service.

Eligibility

Applicants must currently be based in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
Must be willing to work onsite/hybrid in Taguig or Cubao, Quezon City.
Must be amenable to a shifting schedule.
