Are you a licensed PHRN or USRN with experience in Clinical Disability Claims and hospital bedside care? We're looking for experienced healthcare professionals to join a growing team in a 100% Work-From-Home role.

Location: Nationwide, Philippines

Work Setup: Work From Home

Work Schedule: Shifting

Headcount: 3

Target Start Date: To Be Determined (TBD)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical case reviews for disability claims.

Review medical records and assess short-term and long-term disability cases.

Ensure accurate and timely claims evaluations.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

Maintain compliance with clinical and insurance guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Active PHRN or USRN license.

At least 3 years of hospital bedside experience, preferably in intensive care.

Minimum 2 years of Clinical Disability Claims experience (Short-Term/Long-Term Disability preferred).

Experience handling private or commercial insurance claims.

Strong clinical assessment and case review skills.

Must not be a current or former employee of the client.
