JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced WFS / Techno-Functional Consultant L2 with strong hands-on expertise in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance and enterprise system integrations.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience in WFS configurations, work schedules, quota banks, pay code validations, time results validation, and integrations with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, SAP ECC, or other enterprise systems.

This opportunity offers a fully remote work arrangement and a competitive monthly salary of PHP 100,000–200,000, subject to internal approval and candidate evaluation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and support WFS Time & Attendance, including work schedules, quota banks, pay codes, and time results.

• Navigate WFS configurations and Policy Editor to validate results against business requirements.

• Work with WFS TOR and related workforce management functionalities.

• Support WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, SAP ECC, and other enterprise systems.

• Execute reports, troubleshoot configuration issues, and validate system results.

• Support testing, cutover, implementation, and go-live activities.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve functional and integration issues.

• Ensure accurate time and attendance processing and alignment with business policies.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with strong hands-on WFS Time & Attendance expertise.

• Valid PT103 certification.

• Practical experience in WFS configuration, Policy Editor, work schedules, quota banks, and pay code validation.

• Experience with WFS integrations involving SAP EC, ECP, ECC, or other enterprise systems.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and techno-functional skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Willingness to work the required 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST schedule.
