Job Title: WFS/Techno-Functional Consultant L2
Work Location: Full Work From Home
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Experience: 6+ Years
Salary: PHP 100,000–200,000 (subject to internal approval and candidate evaluation)

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced WFS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance and a valid PT103 certification. The candidate should have hands-on experience in WFS configurations, SAP integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
Configure WFS Time & Attendance, work schedules, quota banks, and pay code validations.
Validate time results and business rules using WFS configurations and Policy Editor.
Work with WFS TOR and troubleshoot configuration issues.
Manage WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, ECC, and other enterprise systems.
Execute reports and support business testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Ensure system configurations align with business requirements.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
Required Skills
Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance
Mandatory PT103 certification
WFS configuration and Policy Editor
Work schedules, quota banks, and pay code validation
WFS TOR and integration experience
Integration with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and ECC
Testing, cutover, reporting, and go-live support
Preferred: Experience in SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll.
