## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **WFS/Techno-Functional Consultant L2** with strong expertise in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance (T&A). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WFS configuration, time and attendance management, policy editor, time results validation, and enterprise system integrations.

The candidate must hold a valid **PT103 certification** and have experience supporting SAP integrations, business testing, cutover activities, and go-live implementations. Experience in SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll will be an added advantage.

## Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance functionality, including work schedules, quota banks, and pay code validations.

- Navigate WFS configurations and the Policy Editor to validate system behavior against business requirements.

- Perform time results validation and troubleshoot configuration-related issues.

- Work with WFS TOR and support relevant time and attendance processes.

- Manage and support WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, and other enterprise systems or work arrangement modules.

- Execute required reports and assist business stakeholders with data validation and reporting requirements.

- Support functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, and go-live support.

- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide appropriate functional and technical solutions.

- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing system support.

- Document configurations, functional specifications, test scenarios, and issue resolutions.

## Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum of **6 years of relevant hands-on experience**, preferably with strong experience in Workforce Software Time & Attendance.

- Mandatory **PT103 certification**.

- Strong knowledge of WFS Time & Attendance configurations and functionalities.

- Hands-on experience with:

- Work schedules and quota banks.

- Pay code validations and time results validation.

- WFS configurations and Policy Editor.

- WFS TOR.

- WFS reporting and troubleshooting.

- Experience integrating WFS with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, SAP ECC, and other enterprise systems.

- Experience supporting testing, cutover, deployment, and go-live activities.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and support a night-shift schedule.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in SAP Time Management.

- Knowledge of SAP Payroll.

- Experience with complex enterprise integrations and cross-system data validation.

- Previous experience in WFS implementation, enhancement, or production support projects.
