Wipro Eton Centris is urgently hiring for Project Home - UK Financial Collections Account! Get up to 20% salary increase plus PHP 40,000 joining bonus for this premium UK account!

Job Overview:

Join Wipro Eton Centris for our Premium UK Banking and Mortgage Account! We are looking for candidates with Mortgage and US / UK banking experience for financial collections support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle UK Financial / Mortgage / Collections inquiries

Assist customers with banking and mortgage-related concerns

Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer issues

Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction

Comply with banking regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate Old Curriculum / Senior High School / 2nd Year College Completed up to College Graduate

With at least 1 year hands-on Mortgage experience or similar role in US banking or financial services

Must have 1 to 2 years US or UK banking and telephony / voice experience

Strong communication skills and knowledge of mortgage process

Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City

Can start ASAP - Urgent hiring
