*About The Role:*

Wipro Eton Centris is urgently hiring for our UK Financial / Mortgage Collections Account! If you have Mortgage or US/UK Banking experience, get up to 20% salary hike + bonus!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle UK Financial / Mortgage / Collections inquiries via voice

- Assist customers with banking, mortgage, and financial concerns

- Provide accurate information and timely resolution

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data privacy

- Meet CSAT, Quality, and Performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / 2nd Year College to College Graduate

- Minimum 1 Year Hands-On Mortgage OR US Banking / Financial Experience Required

- 1-2 Years US or UK Banking + Voice Account Experience

- Strong English Communication Skills + Solid Mortgage Process Knowledge

- Willing to work Onsite in Eton Centris, QC

- Can start ASAP
