HIRING NOW: WNS ALABANG

Account: ALM LBR

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting

Location: Alabang

Basic Salary: 30,000 to 37,000 PHP

OPEN ROLES

1. B2B Sales Specialist

- College Graduate

- At least 2 years B2B sales or support experience

- Preferably with CRM background

2. Retention Specialist

- College Graduate

- At least 2 years experience in renewals, retention or inside sales

- Must be familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot

3. Tech Customer Success Specialist

- College Graduate

- At least 2 years relevant experience

- Experience with customer success principles, SaaS business models and CS platforms

- Good customer service skills

- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

- Can start ASAP

General Note

Open to candidates with 2 years experience in renewals, retention, inside sales, or relevant experience in customer success principles and SaaS business models
