WE’RE HIRING: SAILPOINT ENGINEER – ASSOCIATE MANAGER

Identity Security | Hybrid | Cubao

Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Schedule: Shifting

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you an experienced SailPoint professional ready to take your Identity Security career to the next level?

We’re looking for a skilled SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager with strong hands-on experience in enterprise SailPoint environments to lead identity governance initiatives, solve complex security challenges, and mentor IAM professionals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Design, implement, configure, and enhance SailPoint IGA solutions.

- Lead and mentor IAM team members.

- Drive technical decisions and support project delivery.

- Implement identity lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.

- Manage roles, entitlements, access certifications, and access reviews.

- Assess identity-related risks and recommend security improvements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access security issues.

- Work closely with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.

- Develop documentation, standards, and operating procedures.

- Promote Identity Security best practices through knowledge sharing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of strong hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments.

- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

- Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

- Strong knowledge of IGA and IAM.

- Hands-on experience with:

- Access Certification & Access Reviews

- Provisioning & Deprovisioning

- Role & Entitlement Management

- Identity Lifecycle Management

- Experience supporting large-scale SailPoint implementations, integrations, enhancements, or transformation projects.

- Ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions.

- Strong understanding of identity governance, security controls, risk management, and compliance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Team leadership or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
