Job Title: Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite – Quezon City)

Shift: Night Shift

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the configuration, integration, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions. This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional with strong expertise in Workday modules, particularly Compensation and Benefits, and a passion for delivering scalable HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Compensation & Benefits, including configuration, support, and enhancements.
Configure and manage Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and integrations.
Support end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including deployment, customization, and system optimization.
Develop and maintain integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow).
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while implementing continuous improvements.
Update existing configurations and code to address defects and enhance system functionality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in Workday, with strong focus on Compensation and Benefits modules.
Hands-on experience with Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and reporting.
Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD and integrations is an advantage.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
