Job Title: Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite – Quezon City)
Shift: Night Shift
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the configuration, integration, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions. This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional with strong expertise in Workday modules, particularly Compensation and Benefits, and a passion for delivering scalable HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Compensation & Benefits, including configuration, support, and enhancements.
- Configure and manage Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and integrations.
- Support end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including deployment, customization, and system optimization.
- Develop and maintain integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while implementing continuous improvements.
- Update existing configurations and code to address defects and enhance system functionality.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Workday, with strong focus on Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Hands-on experience with Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and reporting.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD and integrations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
