About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our growing team in Manila. In this role, you’ll act as a subject matter expert (SME) and contribute to configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday solutions for global stakeholders.

Serve as SME for Workday Compensation & Benefits and related modules
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday solutions (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
Design and support integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, APIs)
Build and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including testing and deployment
Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to improve performance
Integrate Workday with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow)

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Proven experience in Workday (Compensation & Benefits highly preferred)
Strong hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
- Workday HCM modules (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking)
- Workday integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services)
Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or system administration experience
Knowledge of low-code / scripting / automation tools
Exposure to development technologies such as:
- SQL, Python, Java, C#, Angular, Node.js
- Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Azure or cloud platforms
Experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL Server)

Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with minimal supervision
Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Adaptable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Committed to long-term growth (not a frequent job mover)
