Job Overview

Job Title: Workday Payroll Consultant / Specialist
Job ID / Headcount: 1
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days WFH / 3 Days On-site)
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Metro Manila
Work Shift: Night Shift
Salary Range: PHP 125,000 – PHP 128,000
Target Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with Workday systems and integrations.
Core Technical Expertise:
- Workday Core: Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll or key modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, Data Conversion).
- Workday Tools: Proficient in Advanced Custom Reports, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services.
- ServiceNow (Preferred): Familiarity with HR Service Delivery Suite (Case & Knowledge Management), System Administration, Portal Configuration (widgets, content automation), and REST/SOAP integrations.
Methodologies & Concepts:
- Solid grasp of software engineering principles and Agile frameworks (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum).
- Ability to write scripts to automate workflows and work within low-code development platforms.
Technical Plus Points: Exposure to C#, C++, Angular, Node.js, SQL, Ansible, R, Java, Python, Azure, Web Services (WCF/RESTful), Web Tech (HTML/CSS/JS/AJAX), or Oracle/SQL Server.
Stability: Stable employment history (no rapid job-hopping).
Exclusions: Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro.

Key Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a functional/technical expert in Workday Payroll and related modules (Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Data Conversion, Integrations).
System Integration & Configuration: Configure, customize, and integrate Workday with vendor-sourced and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow).
SDLC Support: Support the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for business application solutions.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Update existing code, debug issues, and deploy minor enhancements to support business applications.

Recruitment Process
