Role: Cantonese Language Specialist

Location: Quezon City - 100% Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite - Shifting / Night Shift

Salary: PHP 52,212 - PHP 130,114 + PHP 20K Sign-On Bonus + Incentives

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email in both Cantonese and English

- Handle inquiries related to accounts, billing, service requests, and product information

- Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve concerns promptly

- Properly document all customer interactions in the system

- Achieve targets for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction

- Handle other related duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Must be fluent in Cantonese - can communicate naturally and spontaneously in a professional setting

- Can understand complex and lengthy discussions, including implied meanings

- Must have good conversational English skills - training will be conducted in English

- Candidates with or without BPO experience may apply - beginners are welcome

- Experience in Collections and knowledge of Order-to-Cash process is an advantage but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines

- Non-Filipino applicants with valid Temporary Resident Visa are welcome
