Work Setup: Onsite | Shifting Schedule

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries regarding mobile, internet, billing, and technical concerns

Provide excellent customer service through phone support

Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism

Document customer interactions accurately

Meet account performance and attendance targets

Qualifications

High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate

With or without BPO experience

Good English communication skills

Basic computer navigation skills

Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Can start ASAP
