Role Overview:
As an Insurance Claims Support Associate, you’ll assist customers in managing their claims, guiding them through the process, and resolving any concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with filing and tracking insurance claims
- Provide guidance on policy coverage and eligibility
- Ensure proper documentation for claims
Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- 2 years in college (no back subjects)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
