Role Overview:
As an Insurance Services Advisor, you will provide personalized support to clients, helping them understand their policies and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries related to insurance policies
- Assist in resolving claims and other insurance-related concerns
- Maintain records of customer interactions
Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience
- 2 years completed in college (no backlogs)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
