What is your mission?

Responsible for lead harvesting/mining

Develop, maintain and enrich leads of prospective clients/customers

Ensure leads are kept warm by contacting potential clients and set up meeting with Sales team

Who are we looking for?

High school graduate

At least 2 years of BPO experience with 6 months of sales, lead generation, appointment setting or lead warming experience

Flawless verbal communication skills in American English language

Ability to control the call

Effective probing skills by knowing the right questions to ask to understanding what the prospect needs

Active and attentive listening

Ability to engage customers and resolve issues

Ability to handle objections effectively

Account management experience is a plus

Can work in BGC, Taguig City
