Job title: AR Coordinator Work location: Ayala, Makati Work set up and schedule: Hybrid (Once training is completed)|Night shift-Training period is 6 months, but it may be shortened depending on the candidate’s performance during training. Salary: 25k Headcount:2 SD: ASAP The AR Coordinator is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment application, and resolution of billing discrepancies. This role plays a key part in maintaining the company’s cash flow by monitoring outstanding balances and following up with clients as needed. Qualifications: AR Experience(1-2 years ) Resolving Billing Discrepancies Refunds Processing Creation/Sending Invoices Preparation of Journal Entries Recording Payments received Above average communication skills Open to Fresh Graduates (Graduates of Finance and Accounting Courses)
