We are expanding our customer service operations and are actively hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Telecommunications Account. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service experiences.
As part of our customer support team, you will assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products, account management, billing concerns, technical issues, and service activation requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns.
• Educate customers regarding available products and services.
• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Meet established quality and productivity standards.
• Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Good communication and comprehension skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule environment.
