Responsibilities:

Application Support / Monitoring / Tickets

● Responsible for supporting and monitoring IAM tools and other supported applications 24/7/365 day(s) a year support model.

● Manages identity applications, weblogic, and cloud environment of all supported applications.

● Monitor and respond to all alerts/events and mitigate them immediately to prevent escalations to incidents and/or problems.

● Utilizes Dynatrace, ITSM, Monday.Com, email and other tools for monitoring.

● Performs daily Health Checks and monitoring - Works on ITSM/Monday.com tickets and requests.

Change and Release Management -

● Always on top of reviewing and making sure all change requests are reviewed, validated, and approved in a timely manner;

● Coordinates with change coordinators for any clarifications on the MOPs

● Should know and understand the end-to-end of change requests

● Serves as prime for release management

● Attends MOP reviews and PIRs as needed.

Technical Skills

● Basic to intermediate Unix and scripting knowledge

● Knowledge on Identity-related applications (good to have)

● Advanced application support experience - Cloud training (GCP, AWS, Azure) in progress or attained certification (good to have)

● Good written and communication skills - ability to work with less supervision, keen to details and tasks at hand
