Job Overview:
The Insurance Account Representative will play a key role in helping customers with their insurance needs. This position is ideal for candidates who excel at communication and enjoy providing solutions to customer concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about insurance plans and account details.
- Assist with claims submissions and follow-ups.
- Accurately update account records and transaction logs.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
