As a Customer Support Specialist, you will manage incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with billing, product details, and issue resolution in an Australian voice and blended process.



Responsibilities:




  • Respond to customer inquiries across calls, emails, and chats.

  • Handle billing adjustments and account modifications.

  • Escalate complaints as per company policy.

  • Provide clear product information and troubleshoot service disruptions.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years in a call center environment.

  • Strong communication skills, especially in Australian voice etiquette.
