Global Payroll Delivery Lead – ADP GlobalView

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Delivery Lead with strong expertise in ADP GlobalView and Celegro to lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have extensive global payroll experience, strong people-management capabilities, and exposure to payroll implementations and transitions.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
15+ years of experience in payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms.
Strong experience with ADP GlobalView and Celegro.
Exposure to US, UK, and Middle East payroll processing.
Global payroll experience across UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC, and ASEAN regions.
Experience managing mid-size payroll operations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Proven experience in leading teams and ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
Exposure to payroll implementation and transition projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations.
Strong analytical, judgement, stakeholder-management, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively with Business, HR, and IT leadership.

Good to Have

Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Own and understand payroll processes, ensuring efficient incident resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Monitor performance, balance workloads, act as an escalation point, and foster a strong customer-service culture.
Perform end-to-end quality control and train team members on process controls.
Act as the primary liaison between payroll teams and customers.
Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and decisions escalated to the role.
Prepare and present monthly SLA metrics, dashboards, and other operational reports.
Ensure payroll delivery remains accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned with agreed SLAs.

Important Eligibility Criteria

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are required for profile creation.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with ADP Celegro and ADP GlobalView.
