ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a *Global Payroll Delivery Lead - ADP GlobalView* to lead end-to-end core payroll delivery across multiple countries. You will oversee a mid-size global payroll operations team, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, drive compliance, manage client relationships, and lead transitions and implementations.

This is a senior leadership role for a payroll expert with deep hands-on experience in *ADP GlobalView and Celegro*, global payroll regulations, and managing large-scale, multi-country payroll operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understand the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring efficient incident resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction by monitoring performance, balancing workloads, acting as an escalation point, and fostering a positive customer service culture

2. Play end-to-end QC roles and train other team members on end-to-end process controls

3. Serve as the primary liaison between the teams and the customers

4. Provide or resolve risks, issues, and decisions escalated to their level

5. Prepare monthly SLA metrics, dashboards, and other required reporting

6. Oversee mid-size payroll operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while managing a team to deliver accurate and timely payroll processing

7. Drive payroll implementation and transition projects

MUST HAVE

*Education:*

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

*Experience & Skills:*

- 15+ years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar preferred)

- *ADP Celegro Tool knowledge is a MUST*

- Experience with *ADP GlobalView and Celegro*

- *US / UK / Middle East payroll processing exposure*

- *Global Payroll experience* across UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC & ASEAN Regions

- Experience in overseeing a mid-size payroll operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while managing a team to deliver accurate and timely payroll processing

- Payroll implementation exposure

- Transition exposure

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers engaging, informative, well thought out presentations

- Analytical abilities, strong judgement and management skills, ability to work effectively with Business, HR and IT Leaders

- Strong critical thinking skills

*GOOD TO HAVE:*

- Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
