Position Overview
Manage global employee benefits programs across Europe, UK, Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Latin America. Own benefits administration, vendor/stakeholder management, payroll interfaces, and compliance across multiple geographies in a shared services setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits across multiple regions ensuring local regulatory and company policy compliance. Manage payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTP, pension enrollments/updates, wellness, group health & medical benefits. Handle pre/post pension payroll and active payroll checks. Collaborate on supplier invoicing with Finance
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as primary POC for vendors to ensure SLA adherence. Build strong relationships with HRBPs, Finance, and leadership teams
- Employee Engagement: Lead onboarding sessions to educate employees on benefits. Conduct monthly meetings with employees, vendors, and clients for issue resolution and updates
- Tools & Data: Administer benefits using Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow for reporting and analytics. Ensure data integrity across platforms
- Operational Excellence: Work with global teams across time zones for urgent matters. Proactively resolve benefits issues to drive employee satisfaction and process compliance
Experience & Skills – Must Have
- Experience: 5–6 years hands-on in global benefits administration across diverse geographies. Payroll processing, claims, SFTP, pension, and health/wellness benefits exposure required
- Tools: Proficient in Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Competencies: Exceptional stakeholder & vendor management, SLA/KPI adherence, Process improvement & compliance, Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills, Ability to lead sessions for diverse audiences
- Language: Native-level English fluency. Spanish/French/Arabic is an added advantage
Preferred Attributes
Knowledge of local benefits policies/labor laws for specified regions. Proactive approach to enhancing employee experience.
Working Conditions
24x7 shift flexibility based on geography coverage. Work from Office only – No WFH. Must be agile to extend hours to meet deadlines without prompting.
