MIS & Reporting Specialist – Collections [B2B OTC]
Location: Gurgaon, India | Work Setup: Onsite, Night Shift
Job Type: Full-time | Band: BPO 3 | Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Summary
Own MIS and reporting for B2B collections under OTC lifecycle. Monitor, analyze, and report on receivables, aging, and collection performance. Build databases, automate reports using Excel/VBA, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Monitor and manage collections data from multiple sources. Ensure accuracy and completeness in the collections management system
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain databases and reports. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on collection performance, outstanding receivables, and aging accounts. Analyze trends and identify issues
- Automation & Tools: Use Advanced Excel, VBA, Financial Modeling, and DBMS to automate and improve reporting. Work with IT/Finance to integrate and automate collections systems
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current collections processes and recommend improvements. Implement and monitor new tools/processes to enhance efficiency
- Stakeholder Reporting: Create and present reports to senior management with key metrics and trends. Support strategy and policy development for collections
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3–5 years in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analytics. OTC Lifecycle/B2B Business understanding preferred
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, VBA/Macros, Financial Modeling, Data Analysis Tools, DBMS
- Competencies: Strong analytical skills, Complex data interpretation, Process discipline, Attention to detail
Working Conditions
100% Work from Office mandatory. Night shifts applicable by default. Extended hours may be required.
