Key Responsibilities

• Review month-end close activities, balance sheet analysis, and complex journal entries, including revenue recognition.

• Manage financial reporting, dashboards, and resolution of open items.

• Participate in month-close meetings with retained teams and support daily reporting.

• Conduct governance calls and interact with clients.

• Train team members and support knowledge sharing.

• Ensure SLA adherence and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

• Track budget expenses and maintain accurate financial records.

• Support core accounting activities and complex accounting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, particularly General Ledger (GL) activities.

• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience required.

• Strong knowledge of balance sheet analysis, month-end close, and complex accounting.

• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle is preferred.

• Experience in process improvement projects.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and general mathematics.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
