Hiring – Sourcing & Procurement Manager

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8–12 Years
Band: BPO 5/6
Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA
Shift: Night Shift – 5:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST

Important: Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of Sourcing and Procurement.
Managerial experience in sourcing/procurement processes.
Experience managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.
Experience driving process improvements and delivering business impact.
Experience in Retail or Transportation & Logistics is preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Exposure to ERP tools such as Oracle, Coupa, SAP, or ServiceNow is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior people management/managerial experience.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with clients to meet delivery requirements.
Work with multiple client stakeholders to understand business requirements and forecasting models.
Support teams in understanding client-specific business terminology and processes.
Ensure robust governance, controls, compliance, and quality standards.
Manage overall program activities and issue resolution.
Lead and manage team members effectively.
Prepare reports and analysis demonstrating process improvements and business impact.
Support category teams with activities such as spend consolidation and purchase order reviews.
Provide periodic project status reports and highlight issues/challenges to customers.
Manage multiple stakeholder priorities, action items, timelines, and accountability.
Develop process controls, quality plans, and risk mitigation programs.
Identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
