Job Description
We are looking for Spanish-speaking payroll professionals with experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, and HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Spanish payroll regulations, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees according to payroll schedules.
Review timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes.
Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes accurately.
Maintain payroll records in compliance with statutory and country-specific regulations.
Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies within deadlines.
Coordinate with HR teams regarding new hires, terminations, benefits, and employee updates.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
Required Skills
Fluency in Spanish.
2–4 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, or HRIS platforms.
Knowledge of IRPF (Personal Income Tax), Seguridad Social contributions, statutory benefits, and collective bargaining agreements (Convenios).
Experience with ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar payroll systems.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Good to Have
Experience in multi-country payroll operations, including the US, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Malaysia, UAE, or Saudi Arabia.
Eligibility Criteria
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for candidate profile creation.
