Job Title: Team Leader

Job Location: Remote

Company: Gratitude Inc.

Compensation: 25,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

Gratitude Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to manage and guide a dynamic recruitment team in delivering high-quality staffing solutions. This is a remote position where you'll be responsible for overseeing the team’s performance, providing coaching and support, and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to meet and exceed recruitment targets.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality placements.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Collaborate with other departments to understand staffing needs and adjust strategies accordingly.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track team progress.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive monthly salary of 25,000.

Opportunity to work remotely.

Full-time position with regular working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
