Job Title: HR Generalist (Male)

Location: Work From Home

Salary: 8,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Job Description:

Gratitude Inc. is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position offering the flexibility of working from home. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement, while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

We are currently seeking male candidates for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hires.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Administer employee benefits, payroll inquiries, and other HR-related processes.

Handle employee queries related to company policies, payroll, and benefits.

Assist with employee performance management, including organizing evaluations and managing feedback processes.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Support employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive company culture.

Prepare and maintain HR reports and documents as required.

Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance where necessary.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
