Job Description – Trainer
We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to design, coordinate, and deliver technical learning and development programs for associates. The role involves planning and executing training sessions, managing technical onboarding, coordinating training logistics, tracking learner participation and progress, and evaluating training effectiveness.
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering and supporting training programs related to technical incident ownership, resolution, communication skills, and enterprise technology platforms. For the ServiceNow requirement, the candidate should have strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, along with relevant ServiceNow certification.
The role also requires effective administration of learning platforms, including user access management, content administration, troubleshooting access issues, attendance tracking, assessments, and reporting. The Trainer will analyze participant feedback and performance data to identify training gaps and implement targeted interventions.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple training programs, schedules, resources, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Relevant Google Product experience and Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification are mandatory for the Mumbai requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, schedule, and deliver technical training programs.
Conduct training focused on technical incident ownership, resolution, and communication.
Coordinate technical onboarding activities, including system access and team introductions.
Manage training logistics, room bookings, virtual sessions, resources, and training materials.
Manage participant access to relevant learning platforms and troubleshoot access issues.
Track attendance, learner progress, assessments, and training completion.
Collect and analyze training data, feedback, and assessment results.
Prepare reports measuring training effectiveness and impact on key performance metrics.
Identify technical training gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.
Evaluate and continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and learning programs.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training resources.
For ServiceNow training, support learning across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
Manage multiple training activities, schedules, resources, and deadlines effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Technical Training / Learning & Development.
Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute technical training programs.
Strong data tracking, analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with learning platforms, user management, content administration, and reporting.
Excellent organizational and program-management skills.
Ability to identify and resolve training-related logistical and administrative challenges.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM for the Bangalore requirement.
ServiceNow certification required for the Bangalore requirement.
Relevant Google Product experience mandatory for the Mumbai requirement.
Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification mandatory for the Mumbai requirement.
