Role Overview
TCS is looking for a Blue Collar (TA) Hiring Manager to lead blue-collar recruitment operations for the Tata Motors Plant. The role involves managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition, stakeholder coordination, sourcing, screening, workforce planning, and team management while ensuring timely hiring, compliance with labour laws, and achievement of hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Blue Collar recruitment activities.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures.
Travel to ITI institutes to build talent pipelines and conduct hiring drives.
Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Manage recruitment for NAPS, NATS, and temporary workforce (preferred).
Lead and manage a recruitment team of 15 members across multiple locations.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and hiring policies.
Utilize SAP, MS Excel, and Outlook for recruitment tracking and reporting.
Deliver hiring targets within agreed SLAs and timelines.
