Customer Service Associate – International Voice (TCS)
Location: Mumbai (US Voice Process)
Role: Customer Service Associate – International Voice
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA CTC (Based on experience & fit)
Shift: 24x7 Rotational (US/UK/Australian Business Hours)
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic customer service professionals with international voice process experience to join a leading global organization. If you have excellent communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and experience handling international customers, we'd love to hear from you.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates
Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of relevant experience in an International Contact Center.
HSC (12th Pass)
Minimum 18 months and maximum 3 years of relevant experience in an International Contact Center.
Preferred Domain Experience
Banking
Cards
Travel
Healthcare
Collections
E-commerce
Telecom
Technical Support
Any International Voice Process experience is acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Meet individual and team SLA targets.
Achieve KPIs including AHT, RSAT, Customer Satisfaction, and Quality.
Resolve customer queries professionally and accurately.
Stay updated with process changes and implement feedback.
Ensure accurate documentation and data entry.
Deliver an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Neutral accent.
Strong customer service and active listening skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong computer proficiency and typing skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
